Help Us Stay COVID Secure

Monday 02 November 2020

We confirm we have complied with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-1

Social distancing measures

We are working to 2 metre distancing across all the garden centre. That means we must ration the space we have and ask you to respect: -

-       NO DOGS

-       CHILDREN MUST STAY AT YOUR SIDE AND UNDER YOUR CONTROL

-       NO GROUPS

-       TOILETS – KEEP 2 METRES AND USE THE ONE-WAY ENTRANCE AND EXIT

At times we will use counting, queues and one-way systems to help control numbers and flow.

Hand sanitising

Hand Sanitiser and Anti Bacterial Spray is available at the entrance of the garden centre and the old glasshouse café. Hot water and soap are available in the toilets. Please use them to sanitise your hands before you enter and during your visit to help stop the spread.

Face Coverings

Please follow the latest government guidance on face coverings which currently asks those that can wear them whilst in our garden centre.

Tills and Loyalty Scheme

-       Please follow our guidance on where to stand and where to park your trolley

-       To claim your points, you must present your loyalty card at the till

-       Contactless payment is safest and preferred

The Old Glasshouse Café

-       Please either scan NHS TEST AND TRACE QR code at the entrance or complete the form

-       The Old Glasshouse is table service and contactless payment only

-       Maximum group of six

-       Face coverings in line with government guidance

OPEN 9 - 5 Monday - Sunday
